ORIX Capital Partners expands its investment and portfolio operations teams
NEW YORK (April 6, 2020) ORIX Capital Partners (OCP), an operationally focused middle-market private equity firm, has added three Vice Presidents to the firm’s team in New York: Peter Loibner, Sean Ellis and Zaid Nesheiwat.
Loibner joins OCP as a Vice President on the investment team. He will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments across various industries. Prior to joining OCP, Loibner was a Director at Z Capital Partners, LLC, the private equity arm of Z Capital Group. Prior to joining Z Capital, Loibner was an Associate within BlackRock’s private equity group.
Ellis joins OCP as a Vice President on the Portfolio Operations team. He attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and prior to business school, was a Vice President at State Street Corporation, where he was responsible for digital experience strategies and the product management of emerging technology platforms. Prior to joining State Street, he served in various transformation and operational roles internally at Liberty, Staples and as a consultant at RSM US, formerly McGladrey. Bringing a broad range of operational expertise to the portfolio operations team as a formerly certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, Ellis will work across OCP’s portfolio as well as on new investment due diligence.
Nesheiwat also joins OCP as a Vice President on the Portfolio Operations team. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate of Portfolio Operations at KPS Capital Partners, where he worked with the investment and management teams to create and execute value creation plans post-acquisition. Nesheiwat began his career at General Electric in the Operations Management Leadership Program.
